The Nautilus NB 3000 Upright Exercise Bike featuring the V-Force Plus self-generating electromagnetic resistance system.

Because the V-Force Plus system is self-generating it requires no power cords or batteries. The 3000 series bikes use an advanced two-stage drive train designed for smooth quiet operation in any condition.

Features commercial grade molded seats for maximum comfort and durability.

Computer provides a high definition 24 x 16 dot-matrix course profile display and an easy-to-read alpha-numeric display screen. 20 Resistance levels, 11 Workouts (Ride in the Park, Rolling Hills, Speed Intervals, Strength Intervals, Plateau, Pikes Peak, 2 Custom, 2 Heart Rate Control and Fitness Test).

Heart Rate Monitoring - Touch heart rate and telemetric heart rate receiver.

Display Type - LED computer with an alpha-numeric display panel and a 24 x 16 high definition dot-matrix. Readouts include Time, Segment Time, Speed, Average Speed, RPM, Distance, Calories, Heart Rate, Workout Level, Watts and Mets.

Extra large, anatomically designed, cushioned saddle and seat adjustments that accommodate users from 5' to 6'6" tall .
